I use Bi-mix at 30/1 and now using 10 units

I think you must have a typo. I get that the mix is 30-2-20. Otherwise I think you have your numbers confused. 40 units is 0.4ml. Note the placement of the dot. There are 100 U-100 units in 1ml of the mix. In a U-100 insulin syringe that would be the 40 mark on the syringe for a 0.4ml dose. You need to be sure of your injection technique. A properly placed injection will only give you bruising if you should accidently drill through a vein.

PAP 30mg, PHE 1mg, PGE 25mcg
Dosage: ~ 25 units.
Age 66. RALP Jan-2023. Non-nerve sparing.
VED exercise most days, Trimix T-106 (30-1-25), 25 units.
Bending trauma around age 50, resulting in mild Peyronies.
