30 units to start is just too much. I'm sure there are many like me that are sensitive to it like I was. 10 units of trimix and I went to the ER after 4 hours. I think 5 should be a starting dose.
In reference to this topic, it was always 10 to 20 minutes for it to kick in with no variation in the progression. Just steady increase.

I've been on Trimix for some 12 years and recently moved up to Quad-mix only because I was not getting consistent results with 30ccs of Trimix. According to the pharmacy I was about at the top dosages of the 3 Trimix meds. At first the Quad was like rocket fuel and I got a firm erection in like 5 minutes, which only got harder with stimulation. It was a satisfying time for both me and my GF. The last time the erection took longer to get as hard as the first time but still enough for penetration. I use a cock ring which helps tremendously, but I have yet had to take Sudafed for a prolonged erection for the entire 12 years I've been injecting. Oh I've had to use a bag of frozen peas or ice pack at times to get the erection down so I could go out in public.(lol)..BUt Trimix can be all over the place with wait times and firmness of erections. Sometimes I think it's the way the Trimix is mixed by the pharmacy, the way it's stored prior to you receiving it, etc. For years I did have predictable great results. But I'm pushing 70 now and the body's changing....again.

My experience .............. after injection I start to feel the sensation of my erection happening within the first minute or two. The expected tingle as blood begins to flow. On average it takes about 10 minutes for me to achieve a full erection dealing with my expected length and thickness, but not fully hard for another five minutes. My ideal does with then keep me hard for about a hour to an hour and a half. Then about the 1.5 hour mark I loose firmness but remain full both in length and thickness for another hour or so. It usually take about three hours for me to go back to my complete flaccid size and shape.

Note............no two ways about it, my Tri-Mix erection is much thicker than it was before my surgery, but not as long as it was. I lost 1 to 2 inches both soft and hard.
