Cialis not working

Hi guys, my brothers,

3 months after RP.

Full dose, 20 mg, of Cialis does nothing for me.

Dr. said I can go to injections. If Cialis is not working, is it likely that injections won’t work either?

Is it too soon to tell? Your thoughts?

You have nothing to lose to give injections an honest try. If they don’t work then your next choice becomes simple and free from any future regret. Good luck.

Pills never have worked for me other then mildly assisting other methods like the VED and even injections. At 3 months even injections didn't work well. However, after some physical recovery and some learning curve, injections did start working well for me and I've been happily using them ever since (12 years). Pills still won't give me an erection but they can be a nice boost to the other methods.

I can’t tell you how much it means to me to have someone to discuss these issues with. I was in a very low place until I found this site.

Hi RJ.
I started out this year with a RP in January. I cried after my last sexual encounter with my wife, the weekend before surgery, knowing it would never be that way again. Injections have allowed me to have great erections, which my wife says are better than before. I had a non-nerve sparing RP so yeah, pills do nothing, but the injections work great. It will take some time to get your technique and dose adjusted, but you'll get there.

Wow! That’s so encouraging. I felt the same way before surgery. I tried to savor and remember every moment, because like you said, I knew my life would never be the same.

My story.
Pills do nothing for me now. (Post RP). I use bimix. Took a good 6 months of trial and error with trimix, bimix, and quadmix. Settled on bimix because I don’t get the “ache”.
Very happy now. Be patient. You will find what works for you,
