After pumping and using 1/2 constriction rings is your penis more or less sensitive during sex? Does it take you longer to climax ?

more or less sensitive

What is the "standard" for the comparison? My flaccid cock? The days pe5's worked? Times I relied on cock rings? My teen years? 20's?, 30's? 40's?.

Definitely "less sensitive" than when I was younger and "less sensitive" than when I first started with VED's.
It is most likely a combination of getting older and the pump and ring(s).

These days doesn't always happen for me. Happens every time for her and usually multiple times. I don't have words for how satisfying that is! It is the stuff of my dreams and fantasies!
Married 50+ years. Use VED for sex and do
daily exercises with both water and vacuum pumps.

I need to use viagra, a pump and constriction ring for PIV sex following prostate cancer treatment and yes, it does make my cock less sensitive compared to pre- treatment times.
It's not a problem though because I do last quite a bit longer than before and my wife has always loved a good hard fuck - she also has more orgasms so is very happy with this.
Born 1960, happily married since 1979, PC radiotherapy 2016, active sex life maintained by viagra and pumping.
