I am not familiar with this product, but assume it is intended for female to male transsexuals or males who either had an unfortunate accident or were born without all the correct anatomy. I do not see how a male with ED would use it effectively. There is a hole for you to pee through, but where would you put your own penis and testicles? To be effective this has to be glued on, but your real genitals would prevent the necessary contact.

I fail to see how this would aid ED. Obviously your penis goes inside the sleeve, and maybe you could engage in some feeble simulation of intercourse, but you would receive zero stimulation and wouldn't feel a thing. Unless your motivation for wearing this gadget is something other than sex, it looks like nothing more than an expensive cosmetic appendage, like a fake nose or something.

Thanks for your replies . It seems like when all else fails with ED the best alternative is the implants.

I have used the needle before and that is painfull. Anyone know of a proven pill or pills that really

work ? I have tried ginseng, viagra, needles, plus others and they dont work for me. We use our

hands on each other to masterbate. My wife wears a velvet glove plus a vibrator.
