I saw general directions how to do Jelqing.
Is that more to increase blood flow.
Or maybe to squeeze blood to the end of penis or is it more for stretching?

If it is to increase blood flow then maybe a VED device does same thing?

How many Jelqing repetions should I do?

The important thing would be to not overdo the pressure and never do any jelqing when over 80% erect, a mistake I myself made. Also always remember to warm up your tissues (with warm towel or water) to avoid potential injuries.
