Supplement advice

Postby SunsetEyes1977 » Wed Jul 19, 2023 5:11 pm

I know the standards: L-Arginine and L-Citrulline. Any other ideas for more bloodflow down there?

If you ask me, save your money. Can't tell you how many different herbal and Men's supplements I took when ED first started. Only result I got was a bad case of heartburn.

Niacin, I was taking 2500mg Niacin as prescribed. At that time I only took 20mg Sildenafil just as an insurance policy. Then my heart Dr. took it away like, whats that for you don't need it. I have high cholestrol and super high triglycerides.Gave me another pill for cholestrol. My numbers aren't as good as with Niacin and now I am reading that Niacin could have been helpful slowing the ED. Some people don't tolerate it but I had no troubles. I have not tried any herbal solutions.

Exercise and diet are good and important. My high numbers are actually an inherited thing. My dad died at 45yrs because they knew nothing about triglycerides at the time. My triglycerides were 4000 vs. preferred 150 when 1st tested at 24yrs.
Triglycerides and Cholesterol are related and triglycerides have some relationship to sugar.

Just read l'citrulline concerts to l'argenine so is there any reason for taking l'citrulline? Could you just take l'argenine?

Also l'citrulline is in foods such as melon would it be safer eating more melon?

Or would you need to eat tons?

Another one I read about was making a hot drink using cayenne pepper. Erection tea they called it.

I think there's some medical evidence and doctors in days gone by used it for heart attack victims I think.

I'm thinking of trying l'argenine and trying cayenne tea.

Garlic/garlic oil is one of the best.

Niacin as a vitamin is over the counter. Some can't tolerate the side effects. Not dangerous or permanent just a very flush feeling.
