apple i pad

I have just got an i pad , can anyone here who has one , can you tell me if you can chat in the chat room here with it, i seem to be having trouble, am i doing something wrong or are they not compatable with chat here? i am still finding my way around it , thanks for any advice.

Implanted on the 22/07/2021. AMS.CX 18cm /4cm rte was 5.5” pre implant lost no lenght still 5.5”

No you cannot. You have to have flash for it to work and Apple does not allow Flash on its stuff
