How about some more info about you. Do injections work? Implants are a last resort, great for most men but only after all else fails. Some guys can have their glans engorge but some like me don't because off my prostate removal.

I have used trimix for four years. Had some great success but some problems as well. I have some aching for no reason i think its just using trimx. Be very careful use smallest dose possible it very strong stuff. There is a great video on You Tube on injecting with Trimix. Highly recommend watching it. The doctors nurse started use out totally wrong injecting to low on penis. This covers everything and will make injecting much eaiser with lot less brusing etc. i wish you the very best.

So you had an RP?? some do get tumulence in the glans and shaft after implant. Depends on your nerve damage. The erection area and the glans are 2 different areas.

@steven1, there are two (actually three) different erectile bodies. The two corpora cavernosa (singular="corpus cavernosum"), and the corpus spongiosum, of which the glans penis is part. The spongiosum surrounds the urethra and includes the entire glans. In fact I still experience the feeling of tumescence, especially in the morning, after being implanted on 10/28. Of course I'm not erect when I feel tumescent. I only have "morning wood" urination troubles and when I tense my pelvic floor (Kegels) I feel the pulling sensation in the suspensory ligaments as though I was really erect.

Even after implant, if spongiosum tumescence was possible before, it should still occur after. This means the urethra area and the glans should still get thick and stiff when sexually excited. As a matter of fact, if you don't have spongiosum tumescence, the implant's tips that are just below the glans will be responsible for initiating penetration after implantation.

I have read that those who have soft glans issues after implantation can take MUSE (Alprostadil suppositories) that are inserted in the urethra, to aid in getting tumescence of the spongiosum and glans. If you've taken MUSE before, you should already be familiar with its effects. I have never had MUSE nor injections, with Cialis for one month being the extent of my pharmaceutical attempts at a decent erection. Unfortunately, due to extreme scarring on the right side of the base due to Peyronie's (2cc plaque in the right side of the penile base), any erection I got wasn't usable due to severe hinging.

I'm at day 31 after being implanted with an AMS 700CX 15cm and I'm still about 1.5 weeks away from being able to have sex again (6 weeks or 42 days post-op). I was told by the doctor at my 2 week followup/inflate/deflate visit, "Don't stick it in anything until after 6 weeks.", although I took that to mean no penile/vaginal (or penile/anal) penetration and not expressly forbidding the use of toys. As such I have enjoyed some penetration with a gel stroker toy while inflated which was an unbelievable feeling!

You're very welcome. Also, although this is now bordering on TMI (Too Much Info), when I said "UNBELIEVABLE" feeling, let's just say that I exploded harder that I have in probably 20 years! Sure I've had orgasms many times in the past 20 years although most were self-initiated. For the past 6-7 months my ejaculate has been clear liquid with no thickness. When I used the stroker while fully inflated, with a slow deliberate firm stroke (not rapid bunny strokes), my orgasm felt like it built up from deep inside (I can't even describe where) and I exploded powerfully with a much thicker milky ejaculate for the first time in over 6 months! I slept well that night!
