With the pills (viagra, cialis ..) when you are going to have sex do you get an erection without touching yourself or without being touched (just by looking, for example, at a naked girl) or do you need physical stimulation?

Personally, I needed some physical stimulation but, I also need to be emotionally turned on as well.

I tried every dosage and frequency of all three pills and none of them really worked consistently, at least not enough to have sex. That's why I moved on to injections. Apparently pills work for some and not for others.
Born 1948, wed 1969. BPH & Type II Diabetes at age 35. TURP-2002; ED even before that--diabetes. Cardiac valve surgery: 2007 & 2019. Poor results with pills. Started trimix injections in Nov, 2010. Great results from the very beginning.

Yeah, basically... I had to take 2 pills. The pharmacist freaked out... "that's too much, the dosage is 1 tablet" My doctor was fine with it... he said, "yeah, whatever, some guys need to take 2".
