My last email to Dr Franklin Kuehhas;

This will be my last post for a while as I've got a long road back!

Dear Dr Franklin,

Let me be clear to how the procedure that I had in good faith has left me;

Im completely impotent with little or no feeling in my penis. Both my wife, myself and family are left devastated by this fact. There is no comforting or just wait another week or so I can assure you.

I'm certain this procedure can offer betterment to some but at worst there should be no change in someone's erectile state.

Effectively I think I became so engorged the other weekend that my tissue couldn't take it and effectively something within my penis has failed (BIG TIME!!!!!)

London Andology should not be promoting this treatment and this is why I have already written to my local MP and really will push for you people to be stopped. I will also talk to the British medical board regarding my harrowing and nightmare experience whilst if I can gain interest in the story I will go to the press and have this all exposed.

I spent £4k of my families hard earned money to be left in this state!!!!

I don't want to contacted because I don't think you have a clue to the damage you have caused Dr Franklin by undertaking this procedure with the so called asteamed Professor Herwig (the inventor!!)

The sad reality is I will have to use vacuum devises and possibly injections to enable me to make love to my beautiful and wonderfull wife for a period of time until I can undertake a penile implant surgery.

You have taken my pride and self asteem and my ability to make love or self pleasure and beleive my mental state is going to suffer a battering for this.

To summerise you are a London based clinic promoting all the latest treatments towards male sexual issues and you have failed miserably in my case.

You should pay all the money back so I can look to put towards my implant surgery; It's the very least you can do.

As you can see I'm writing this email at 3am (UK time) this because I'm struggling to sleep with all the turmoil in my mind. I have already consulted a senior UK urologist and will also press the case with him as well.

There is nothing more to say for now, it is what it is but rest assured I will peruse every avenue to stop you promoting the Scelothreapy procedure on others with similar conditions to mine.

Sorry to hear about your emotional pain caused by your operation, but you need to talk to Dr Franklin and see what advice you receive.
It's too early to say if your impotent or its just going to take a bit of time for things to settle down and you get your erections back.
Attacking Dr Frankin at the stage is not a good way forward, talk to the man and I'm sure your get a better result than attacking him a week out from your operation.

Beleive me I'm my penis is a mess. Both Dr Franklin and Prof Herwig have contridicted things on so many occasions.

My erections ain't comming back naturally.

Look guys I nearly lost my head yesterday. Wasn't I'm a good place and I've apologised to Dr Franklin for my outbursts.

A senior manager from IA called me this morning and couldn't do enough they want their best people on to why my erection appeared to have blown out and collapse the way it did on Wednesday ! The initial thinking is it's years of The congenital and my veins are so week they couldn't take the additional pressure. I will be going back to London week after next to have tests. They are still be positive it's a glitch but I know my body I know it broken....we'll see.

They have offered to waiver the surgeons fee if I want a three piece implant so they could keep the £4k for the implant and I'd think I'd have it done based on the fact Mr Kuehass does 40 - 50 a year and the 30 odd he has done no infections have been reported with his no touch technique. They would also cover the cost of revisions and follow ups so I take it all back and say they have been very professional.

I've put off the implant for 4 years but when I saw the Scelrothreapy procedure I thought I could put it off for another 3-4 years. That wasn't to be however with no current function it's sort of made it easier so I look to the future in a positive light.

Firstly I need to repair my mental well being and the emotional attachment with my wife because it's taken it's toll. Then when ready we will do it together, maybe in the new year.

I must be a 1 in 1,000,000 case because Razor and Seeking have witnessed good results thus far so you could call it bad luck or in my thinking a blessing in disguise because now I'm closer to ending my 25 year battle with ED.

Thanks Oxford, I have been left completely impotent by the procedure. My relationship is falling apart and I'm on anti depressants.

Seeing the clinic on Thursday who have offered up the implant and will waiver much of the cost.

Desperately sad and this has to be the worst time of my life.

Sorry to hear things are not good for you gollam121, hope you're feeling a bit better.

I though I'd give an update on my situation to the forum as I've been receiving a few PM's.

I've managed to get my hormones in check, with Estradiol about mid to low range and free testosterone mid to high range, and my erection quality is good and seems to be improving daily. I assume the penis smooth muscle is getting stronger with more testosterone and less estrogen.

I'm waking with very hard morning wood each day, and am able to get very hard erections alone easily and they don't go down quickly. I still take 5mg cialis daily, and have been using viagra before sex (more until I have the mental component sorted, as alone I have no issues). The glans are also a lot harder always (they never used to get hard)

Seems like my cause could be a combo of multiple things - venous leak, sub-optimal hormones, mental/performance anxiety.
