New Member with questions.

Postby fnrldir07 » Mon Jul 08, 2013 1:40 am

Hello my name is Tommy. I am a 28 year old male who has been suffering from ED I guess since I was bout 21. I tried viagra, levitra and then Cialis 5mg, 10mg and the 20mg. Then I was on a 10 and 20mg at the same time cause it would work about 35% of the time. I went to doctor after doctor and one would say you need to loose weight. I lost 40 lbs and still had problems I asked what's the next excuse. Then finally I said I have had enough I am frustrated and my partner is frustrated. It sucks being in the mood and hoping your medicine works. I finally made a call on my own to a urologist a younger guy. He asked me questions and he finally gave me a solution. He said from what you tell me I suspect you have veins in your penis that are leaking so that's why the medicine doesn't work all the time. He said here are your options and I went and discussed with my partner and I was not about to poke a needle in my penis it is really sensitive and I didn't want to build up scar tissue and I hate needles. The pills always gave me headaches. I decided that I would opt for surgery I was tired of being 28 years old and having a penis that would not work like it should at 28. Finally got everything approved by insurance on 1st attempt and went in for surgery and they injected the liquid in my penis to make it hard and sure enough I had leakage from the veins so I am glad I went with the 3 piece inflatable system. My only problem is the pain I have a bruise on side of my penis that seems to hurt like a son of a bitch no matter what. Its like sharp needles poking my dick I had the surgery about 10 days ago. Only problem I got now is I keep milking the pump in my scrotum 3 times a day like doctor said but it keeps moving up my sack and is now sitting at the base of my penis. How do I get it to go back in bottom of scrotum?

Tommy, I am sorry about the pain you are having, but it will not last forever. (When I had my three-piece implant inserted in 2002 I don't remember my pain having been all that bad, but guys vary on this I have heard through the years.)

As far as the pump moving around inside your scrotum, you must mention this to you uro. The pump is tucked inside a little "pouch" they create for it inside the scrotum. I hope this works well for you, brother. Please contact me if you have any questions. I've talked with lots of guys through the years about implants.

I have talked to my uro and he just keeps telling me to milk it but i can't get the damn thing to move down. And whatever i touched last night sent shooting pains up my penis. I see him next week I will ask him.

Hey Tommy, congrats on the implant, I also suffered young(I think)
Suffered from 37 to 41 finally got someone who listened and got implanted 8/7/12 now I'm 42. Mine told me to tug on it w/me it didn't feel like it moved but I just gave a gentle tug as swelling went down and everything settled in everything loosened up and was fine so don't bug to much. As for pain I was in so much pain for wht seemed like forever it will get better hopefully daily......just hang in there, trust me its all worth it.one of the best things I've ever did.
Best wishes,Rich.

The pain is getting better but now when I walk all of a sudden I get the painful burning sensation at the base of my penis where you can fell the tubing for the pump. i told my uro about this and he said this was normal until everything settles in and heals. But it is so bad that it actually stops me when I am walking and i double over in pain. I'm like man i think I would almost rather have a baby that wouldn't probably be as painful.
