Hate to take take exception here guys but I can't agree about mood determining results with Trimix as my initial injection was performed in my clinic by a male and there was another male nurse present as well. So here we are and I am nervous as hell having my little man stuck with a needle by a guy ...

Injecting Trimix for 9 mos with great success. I use an Autoject EL with a 28 ga needle set for 5/16" depth. Had to experiment with dose and pretty much settled on 4 - 5 units to give me the results I am looking for.

I use the Autoject EL which is like the 2 pictured but has the indicator rod to show the medicine being injected. I use a BD 28ga 1/2" syringe and have it adjusted for a 5/16" needle depth. Have never had a problem with it.

But I have learned by experience you can also inject in the area below the glans -where I was circumcised. Gives me more area to inject and find it very successful. Like gjmjoe017, I always keep 4 or 5 filled filled syringes in the freezer stored in a freezer bag. They will thaw in your fingers in a minute or so ready for use. I don't think you will see a reduction in strength if left out for a day.
