I can only go by my own experience. Pre implant 6 erect. Post implant 5.75 but my girth is thicker because of the Titan which I absolutely love. So does the other half who loves the bigger thicker me.

I think we all no this doesn’t sound good. If they ain’t in there they ain’t in there.
