With an inflated implant my penis is as hard as it was when I was younger (It was getting less hard even when erect as I aged). It does not feel artificial to me, or to my wife during intercourse she says.

Getting an implant does not mean you automatically or even probably will lose length. There are many of us out there to verity that. I regained my pre-E.D. length and my wife and I couldn't be happier.

Sex with yourself can be great, but for me anyway, it can't compare (at least psychologically) with making love with another person.
The orgasms are great either way, but they are different for me (at least psychologically).
