Re: AMS LGX VS Coloplast Titan from experience.
Questions often arise asking which it best. I have no idea in the long run but having had and LGX for 13 months and a Titan for 3 weeks and a day I will give you my impressions. None are going to say this is best but there are advantages to both. I think if there were a way to combine the advantage...

Re: 15 months update and conclusions
Long post... Great write-up, Merrix. I finally decided to become a bionic brother a day or two ago, also thinking I wanted to go with a Titan. I've known about the implant for years, though, but no regrets, I had ample time to try the other stuff and they just weren't dependable, for me. A long pos...

Re: Injection mistake. Swelling
No worry at all has happen to all of us at least once. I would like to think that the ml of medicine I injected has dissappated and it is just regular swelling since I...

I know that the cylinders reach into the glans if done correctly - does that inflate the head? If a man theoretically has zero blood flow will the head stay "unerect?"

Hello, implant advice, and Dr. Roseman
Merry Christmas, Franktalk members! I've been reading this forum for a few months but this is my first post. My major urological problem was a urethral stricture since about the age of 16; I am 36 now (today actually). I don't know if it's totally organic, a product of the stricture and its surgerie...
