Re: My Journey
Doing much better today and pain associated with "Reservoir" has mostly disappeared. Very minor today and discomfort in penis itself is also leaving. Very pleased and I can only thank the Dr. and his team. Below is a picture I received from Dr. Kramer Wed. and wish I could post the entire...

Re: My Journey
The level of care and professionalism showed me by the University of Maryland and HIS staff are exceptional. When a man is allowing someone to perform this operation they want the very best and total belief everything will be alright, see Dr. Kramer. I had the same positive experience as you had wi...

Re: Post Operative Cycling AMS 700CX...
I would say that post operative cycling of an AMS 700CX is necessary for at least some initial time after surgery. You will see a varying advice posted here with respect to how often one should cycle. But, based on my experience, not cycling at all would have a negative impact on your outcome. I had...

Re: Whose implant never caused any problems?
AMS 700 lgx implanted in October 2015 and I have not had any problems at all. Did not loose any length. Its like a new toy for me. I wake up in the middle of the night and inflate it. I am amazed by it. I sometimes go to bed with it inflated and when I wake up I inflate it more and then again when ...

Re: I joined the team!
Don't freak out when you see your penis for the first time after surgery. You likely will have swelling and even some bruising. It will look very different in a few days. Congratulations. Take it easy and enjoy the excuse to binge watch television or just lay around on the sofa and read a book. Soon...

Re: How is the dick during the surgery?
If you want to see how it is done, watch some of Dr. Kramer's videos. http://kramerurology.com/videos As Dr. Kramer said in the video of my surgery, I am (or was) a grower. I am more than satisfied with my post-implant size.

Re: TSA pat down
I raised this very issue several months ago. I have had the implant for just over a year and every time I have flown since getting it the machine has flagged me and I've been escorted to the side for a pat down. It's happened so often that I now choose the pat down option up front and just avoid th...

Re: TSA pat down
I'm flying in a month from O'hare Airport in Chicago. Dumb question: Are you supposed to show someone the I.D. Card that has the urologist gave me that shows that I had a penile implant (I think it is supposed to be used for an MRI) or do I just go through and only show it if I get called out? Or d...

Re: Titan v AMS
No, not generally. I recall reading research where there is no difference in length of life found. If you listen to a couple of the top implant surgeons however, they will claim Coloplast Titan has a superior build and durability. One of them (Perito) even claiming on internet that AMS should be di...

Re: TSA pat down
Flown a lot and no patting yet. The TSA people were being much more hyper tonight than I have seen them in a long time. Multiple bags were being pulled off the X-Ray scanners and given further testing. About every third person was being given a pat down. So that may explain why I was pulled for a p...
