I just read your journey. Very interesting. I have pumped and jelqed also. I could never get much beyond 8". You seemed to gain a lot of length after using what you learned at PEGym. What did you do to gain that extra length? Is your brand implant better than the Titan coloplast for large men?

I have VL and I don't get spontaneous erections. I need a cock ring and Viagra to achieve an erection that is hard enough to penetrate. Even at that if there is no friction on the shaft, I loose it.

I have a metal one that I would only leave on during sexual play but I have an adjustable one that I have worn all day with no problem. If you are going to wear one all day it should be a looser fit then the one you use for erections and sex.
