Re: glans penis after implant
Floppy head was never a problem for me with my first implant, and it doesn't appear that it will be with the revision. My revision is 2 cm. longer than the original so should fit up nice and tight. Also, no loss of length on revision. Haven't activated it yet so I don't have any measurements. No pai...

Re: Size
very rough guess at size is
(implant length + rte length) * 2 * 0.4 / 3.0
That is two thirds of the implant length plus the length of any tip extensions and converted to inches. This is just a guess number but should be in the ballpark. (take the pun if you want it).

Re: Implant in two days
Best of luck and may God be with you. I am currently recovering from implant surgery 2. Wore out the first one in 4.5 years, now going with a second. Follow the rest suggestions closely, they will make things much better. Again YMMV, I required no pain medication after either surgery, first or secon...

Re: Are all of these things true?
It is not always true that implantation causes loss of length. My first implant failed at 4.5 years (that is early) but resulted in no loss of length though it took some time to get to that point. I have just had a revision (re-implant) and am not sure of the new length. It will probably be a little...

If it is women joking, it's jealousy that they don't have a "magic man".

I also have an alternate placement of the reservoir(s) as a result of hernia repair and other scar generating surgery. I can feel the reservoir if I try very hard but it is never enough to be even a minor annoyance. I say reservoirs because I just recently had a revision and now have a second reserv...

Michael, you will find that many if not all of us here will talk with you about things both having and not having to do with your implant and our implants and other items. We are brothers here, joined by the common bond of ED. I find that unless they have been there, many men find talking openly and...

Re: implants actually performed by your surgeon
I am fortunate to know that my surgeon is the one that did the surgery. He didn't do the surgery in a teaching hospital and is one of the rising stars of his Urology Associates group practice. He is also skilled as a PC recurrence treatment urologist and that is something that I need to keep handy. ...

Re: Incisions?
Have had an implant and now a revision, both times two incisions. They healed rapidly and well. The abdominal incision both times healed slower than the other but no real problems.
Note, abdominal incisions do not like it when you cough.

Re: How Long for Implant After Prostate Surgery?
It is never too late or to late to have your body make the choice for you. I went 12 years till the injections quit and I went to an implant. Wore it out and am now recovering from the revision for a new one. Make your decision in your own time frame, but at some point your body will decide for you....
