Re: 8 months out, update and questions
I find if I simply pump up all the way my girth is less than if my wife or I stimulate my dick a bit, I pump a bit, stimulate more, pump more, etc. with stimulation and breaking up the pumping, my first is better than pre-implant. I have practiced one handed pumping with either hand and have no prob...

Re: Can venous leaks be treated?
I had two doctors tell me the surgery to fix a Venous Leak is unreliable and very rarely does it correct the problem.

Re: Overuse of Penile Implant
My surgeon said constant pressure of the implant on the inside of the glans can cause erosion. That is the problem some men have with the malleable type of implant that stays firm.

Re: Just how painful should cycling be?
I have had my implant for 2.5 years. I began cycling as soon as my surgeon said it was OK. At that point I was still recovering from the surgery so I had some soreness, tenderness, or whatever you want to call it. I would pump until the bulb would not allow more, wait a few minutes and try again. Th...

Re: have a question about nocturnal erections
What puzzles me tho is what Greg here said. AFAIK if you have venus leak, you shouldn't have any erection because your veins just can't hold the blood in, no matter the system used. And vice versa, if you do have at least nocturnals then you can be sure your Ed is not venus leak related. :| a Venou...

Re: Daily cycling and size recovery
I am 2.5 year post op and still cycle twice daily when it is convenient. My surgeon says some guys do not see their full potential for 2 years and I have read that in some info from AMS, also. I reached my lifelong size long ago, but I like cycling for a different reason. I do it just as I am beginn...

Re: have a question about nocturnal erections
I had ED for 30 years. After all that time I was finally diagnosed with a severe Venous Leak. My symptom for all of those years was only being able to get an erection for sex or masturbation while I was flat on my back and relatively still. It was a massive effort that took time and patience and if ...

Re: Lost arousal sensation
Wolfie, As I aged I lost penis sensibity, especially on my glans. It became very dry and lost sensitivity. I started using moisturizers and finally landed on this one I like. I just massage it in after I shower. My entire penis feels better, looks healthier, and while I may not have the full sensiti...

Re: Post surgery attire for flight home
I did not travel for surgery, but I can tell you I pretty much lived in sweat pants the first couple weeks. I think for most newly implanted guys, the penis tends to stick out. That comes from a combination of being left partially inflated after surgery and the trauma to the penis makes it less flex...
