Re: Traveling/Backpacking with implant
I have had my implant for 2.5 years. I have traveled a lot and am also very active. I have no issues at all. You didn't mention what you are thinking you might need to have with you. I am curious.
Re: Flacid
My lifelong flaccid length was 5". After having a Prostatectomy I lost a lot of length and lost more to Peyronies. At best I had 2" left. I am a swimmer and generally was fully retracted afterwards. It also retracted when I was sitting. Now I have 5 3/4" unpumped and it can't retract.

Re: Shape of penis
In a flaccid state I do not really notice the oval shape, but I see it and feel it when pumped up. what works for m is to stimulate my shaft first, give it a couple pumps, stimulate more, pump, stimulate, etc. Doing this gives it a fuller appearance and feel. As for cycling, it took me over a year o...

Re: ~ Lupron ~
I first had Prostate Cancer in 2014 and a recurrence in 2018. I had a Prostatectomy the first time and they figure there was an undetected spot of Cancer in the peripheral tissues that grew. As a result I had nine weeks of radiation treatments and three Lupron injections. The side effects I experien...

Re: PENIS DETACHMENT
I don’t have any feeling of detachment at all. I still have all the same sensations. There are times when I am feeling a reaction to something I see or am thinking about and it actually feeling like I am getting an erection. At first, I had to touch myself to realize my penis wasn’t hard. Sex with m...

Re: Extending the life of my AMS implant?
I wish I had more information to know how best to extend my implant... But I definitely understand your perspective as well. I got the implant to use it, so I shouldn't be afraid to use it. Finding that balance will just be the trick. Thank you for your input! I guess since we don't have the scient...

Re: Measurements before/after surgery.
I have peyronies and have lost size. Heard that the flacid penile stretched length is what you can expect after surgery. What if your stretched flacid length is 5cm shorter than your erections. Could you possibly lose the 5cm? I had ED for many years and had already begun to lose some length when I...
Re: AFTER
When my AMS700LGX is fully deflated I am able to stimulate my penis so it gets thicker and my glans engorges. In no way is it an erection, but I still am able to see and feel the effect of touch. My wife and I both prefer my implant at about 75-80% for sex rather than 100% inflated. Even if I cum an...

Re: Young member
Andrew, As was already mentioned, an implant can last 10-15 years, according to AMS and man doctors. There are cases where they do not last long and need to be replaced. I developed a Venous Leak at age 30. I went to doctor after doctor for 30 years and finally I found one who had me go for the test...
