I'd have gotten mine at least 5 years earlier.

Don't discount the possibility of traveling to a top rated surgeon, such as Kramer in Maryland or Perito in Florida, to cite two who are not too far from you.

VED can't hurt, but docs are not unanimous about whether it really makes any difference. To say it is vital is an overstatement..

I suppose it's "The last resort" because there's no going back after it's done. I find injections very easy to get used to, but I know some guys can't imagine sticking themselves there. Many people worry about the "no going back" issue, but if you have tried all other solutions ...

I doubt if your heart health has anything at all to do with your penis. Apart from medication, the health warnings pertain more to overall exertion and stress and their effect on your heart, which can be considerable.

Find a doc who specializes in sexual medicine and get a diagnosis. Then take whatever steps are indicated. You're unlikely to solve this without professional help.
