Hi after 20plus years of all the same things in this thread I am also booking my surgery with dr Ralph. London. Quite a decision although hope must win over the weight of years of mind stress.

HI Im new and in the UK - there seems to be "radio silence" from english men - typically british thing to do (say nothing). So if anyone from Uk is on here would be great to chat especially if you have been through implant surgery???
