Great job with your surgeon choice and recovery. After Kramer and "his team" did mine I was healed in 2 weeks. Occasionally I write him an anecdote about a family event or vacation, when something good or bad happens in my life, and he writes back in 10 minutes. good stuff

my research was also Kramer, Perito, Eid in that order. Called the first guy and he basically called back right away, but that was my logic. all 3 do what's considered great work, obviously so do others.

I think the concept of "gaining length" or one patient thinking this implant surgery "gains or loses length" is ridiculous to me. A surgeon fits what goes into the space that you have. I can't see how articles showing one approach makes for more or less length seems kind of crazy...
