Oh, I should also mention that Coloplast has a product call Titan Narrow, that has less girth than the standard and comes in still shorter sizes, and AMS has a product call CXM or CXR, I can't remember which, that is also less girth and has still shorter sizes.

Seems that I have read there might be a 19 cm Coloplast Titan but I would not be surprised if you could not take a 21 cm, unless you are measuring to the bone in the stretch at 3-3.5". Titans come in standard sizes of 14,16,18,20 and 22cm. Titan XL's come in 24, 26 and 28cm. You get in between...
