Maryland implant doctors
There are several excellent prosthetic urologists (those who do implants) in Maryland, being part of Chesapeake Urology. The one I had was Dr. Marc Siegelbaum from University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson (suburban Baltimore). I would recommend him to anyone.

Re: Ams LGX or CX
Both gave me good erections. I really don't think that one was better than the other in that department.

Re: Help / Advice please. Nearly same size erect or flaccid!!
Before I had my prostatectomy I was a definite "grower," more than doubling when going from flaccid to erect. Now, with my LGX, I am more of a "show-er" -- not that it is huge, but the uninflated size is closer to the inflated size -- and I don't mind that at all!

Re: Ams LGX or CX
I had a CX originally and enjoyed it. It was easy to inflate but a little tricky to deflate (but not really difficult to do). In 2014 I had it replaced with an LGX, which has a more complicated pump (in my opinion), but it does increase length as well as girth. And deflating it is no problem at all.

Re: SHOW & TELL
I had an AMS CX model inserted in 2002. It wore out (from use! ;) ) in 2014. In September of that year I had an LGX model inserted. I would be glad to talk with anyone anywhere, and to show and tell with anyone in my area (which is on I-95 in Maryland, about half-way between Baltimore, Md. and Wilmi...

Re: AMS LGX- Problems
I have an LGX. I have heard that men's pain stories are quite varied. Have you talked with your prosthetic urologist? He may be able to explain your situation.
