I tried alfuzosin but it did nothing to improve my erections. Oral phentolamine is the only alpha blocker that works for me. In your experience, is phentolamine better than viagra? UPDATE: I started taking an antiviral yesterday and my back pain 'magically' disappeared, as well as the respiratory symptoms. This is definitely covid related!
