Yes, blood can flow to glans and, in my case, I get stimulation and engorgement there. When aroused, I actually get the feel of erection in penis, but it is for the most part just a feeling, there is not enough firmness for penetration.....feeling certainly is welcomed.

30 seconds is about right for me, maybe tad less if using two hands....time in use, well let's say from 5 minutes to two hours. YMMV.

If all new, recipient and device, then I suggest one minute, perhaps a few seconds more. Both need some "break in" time.

For people that I'm not very close to, I just say I'm going to have surgery, and they don't inquire further. For people I'm closer to, I tell them the truth. I think there is too much silence on this issue and I don't think people should feel ashamed. I've felt shame and self loathing my whole life...
