For me, the first orgasm is the hardest one to get to. After my first one, subsequent orgasms are pretty easy to reach.

I'll mention "Post RP" as not having semen to shoot seems to be the reason for very long orgasms....

On my 4th implant, I have lost some sensation. I blame it on the first doctor rather than the implant itself. I believe I've lost a little more sensation with subsequent implants. That said, my only regret has been the poor choice of my first doctor. Good luck man!!

I wear/wore regular Fruit of the Loom jockeys. I normally wear a medium so I bought smalls after surgery (surgeries). From my first implant, my dick "wants" to (uncomfortably) hang down to the left and curl. It's much more comfortable when I dress it straight up and a bit to the right. Eve...

I'm either a "below average" or "above average" fellow...... As a prostate cancer survivor, my implants have all been (mostly) covered by insurance. I love my little "ever-ready" dick! Good luck man!
