Re: After IPP Surgery – How To Increase Penis Length and Girth; Use a VED
Has anyone used a vacuum pump after having an implant, and did it help?

Re: Should we have a thread posting pics of actual Sex with penile implant ?
At one point (last year?) I ran across a link in FT that someone had posted that opened a video of him and his wife having sex. No faces. I found it helpful because I'm pre-implant and I've heard that the angle of the penis after implant is, at best 3:00. Before ED, my erections pointed straight up ...

Re: My magic IPP
So what is it exactly that atrophies after you get ED? Is it the cavernosa, the tunica, the suspense ligament? I know it happens, but I've never understood what exactly shrinks.

Venous Leakage
Like a lot of FrankTalk men, I suffer from venous leakage. Does anyone know what causes VL? And why is it not fixable with surgery? With all the amazing complex surgeries they do today, why is it so hard to fix venous leakage? Heck, they can turn a man into a woman and vice versa. But they can't fix...

Re: I need some help
Doctors who don't know what they're talking about, especially regarding ED, always go to the phony diagnosis "it's in your head".

Re: Stories of failure
I know there are probably a lot of good cars on the market. But based on my experience, the experience of others, and ratings by independent organizations, I stick with Honda and Toyota. I've always had great luck with them. Lots of miles. Few problems. Minimal maintenance and repairs. I don't bothe...

Re: Using other than a world renowned surgeon
There are no guarantees. But to some degree, men seeking implants are taking some degree of risk. It's simply about minimizing the risk, not eliminating it. I think in ANY profession, common sense tells you that someone with more experience is more likely to do a good job. Again, no guarantee, just ...

Re: Injury Related ED [cross post from general]
The "psychogenic" diagnosis is a cop-out for incompetent urologists, in my humble opinion. The vast majority of ED problems are physical. And given your recent experiences with the VED it's obviously physical, though I'm not making an official diagnosis...I'm just a guy with an opinion. So...
