Multiple injections in one night
Hi guys, I'm one of the lucky ones wher my Bimix works great - almost too great. I can fine-tune the dosage to control the duration. Hardness is virtually the same. 5 units gives me 70-80 minutes. 20 units gives me 3.5 hours. Occasionally, I'd really like the longer window - the only issue is the ac...

Re: I am doing something wrong HELP
BTW, contrary what you might think, oral meds counteract injectables , so don't use them on the same day. Ron Why would they? I must apologize - in interests of giving as much accurate information to the community as possible, I'd like to retract my reason above. My urologist DID tell me that Viagr...

Re: I am doing something wrong HELP
Thanks again Ron Did you have radical prostatectomy? Yep - Robotic RP in Feb 2016. My uro wanted me to try oral meds (Viagra) for awhile, so I got my Bimix 11 months post-surgery. BTW, contrary what you might think, oral meds counteract injectables, so don't use them on the same day. After a month ...

Re: I am doing something wrong HELP
Tybeeman, Yes, when I said 2 hours it's a 100% hard erection - sometimes a little uncomfortable, it's so hard (the pain that a lot of men experience). If I have an orgasm, I'll soften slightly, but still hard enough for intercourse. But as soon as I'm stimulated again, it gets very firm again. In fa...

Re: I am doing something wrong HELP
I am a relatively new user, but was having limited success with large doses (50 units). If you want to try something, my urologist did a second test with me and recommended these techniques : 1. Inject at "10:30-11:00" and "1:30-2:00" if you have been using 9 and 3. 2. Inject abo...

Re: First "Failure" with Autoject!
I had similar experiences both with the autoject and manual injections. I discussed it with my urologist and did a bit of research. Here's what is happening most likely. The corpus cavernosa (your "target") is surrounded by the tunica, which is a tough somewhat slick layer. Did you ever co...

Re: Multiple Ejaculations on One Injection?
Often, you will lose some or all of your erection after orgasm - the hormones released work against the medications in your injection. But I personally don't get completely soft, and after a few minutes (10 or so), with a little simulation, l get hard again. Some guys get hard by changing positions ...

Re: Let's Make a Summary of Injections!f
My Uro prescribed a somewhat unusual Bimix - Usually (according to this forum), Bimix is Papeverine/Phentolamine. Mine is Phentolamine/PGE1 - it is a somewhat "standard" starting prescription for the Urology Department at my HMO (Kaiser Permanente) Your formula? Phentolamine .5mg/PGE1 20mc...

Re: Autoject El is Incredible!!!
To follow up, there are adjustable tips (mine came with 2) that fit almost any needle length. Here's a link to a Youtube video on how to set/calibrate the Autoject EI (I got mine in Feb 2016 on Amazon - $39.99 - also available at many online diabetes suppliers): https://youtu.be/cnAMS5kIVso There is...

Re: second self injection
ohohiakane,
For your 5-unit injection, what capacity syringe do you use? I'm wondering if injecting 5 units is easier with a smaller-diameter syringe (e.g. .3ml or .5ml) vs. a 1ml syringe where 5 units is only about 1/8 inch travel on the plunger.
