I'm at 4 weeks post op and now doing very light work outs at the gym at home. Also driving seems totally ok but haven't driven for more than 30 mins in one go. Think I could comfortably drive for an hour or so. Not lifting anything heavy but listen to your Dr. You get one go to get this right.

So today I got to inflate for the first time. What a feeling. After 20+ years of battling with ED to see a rock hard erection is simply a thing of beauty. Still some mild pain but pleasantly surprised at the ease of inflation to rock hard. Now just to wait 2 more weeks to use this thing again proper...
