You might try using a constriction ring. Rubber/latex rings like the ones used with a pump. Pump up a little, maybe half way, then put the ring on at the base of your penis , then inject. I think it keeps the bimix /trimix inside the cavernosa instead of leaking out into the body.

My uro started me on bimix. She said they recommend bimix for patients who have had their prostates removed because trimix can cause more pain. I believe it is the Aprostadil in trimix that causes it.

tpsca, my first experience ( i use bimix) was very similar to yours. It is kinda scary, but I think you handled it ( no pun intended) very well. Congrats on your success.

I am about the same as you. I use BiMix and 10-14 units will give me a good 3-4 hrs. Pills dont work for me at all.

I absolutely hate needles, but just began injections. I have done 3 now, all with a 29g x 1/2" syringe. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it really is and very little discomfort for a really short instant. Just do it. No big deal.
