I am not sure exactly what you mean about your tubing being a problem, but one thing many surgeons ask of their implant patients is to continually pull the pump lower on their scrotum as they heal. If you do that would it eliminate or reduce the issue you have?

You are way too early in your recovery to be comfortable. I do not have a motorcycle, but I ride a bike with high seat and low handlebars so I am leaning forward putting way more pressure on my junk than you would. I bike about 10 miles at a time an no problem at all. It just takes time.

Just as there is a definite end to the space where the implant fits when your surgeon measures, there is a defined space that holds it in place.
