Re: My Journey Begins....
Brian1, 1- First, do not go to surgery feeling rushed; it has to be on YOUR terms. 2- Second, be very selective of the surgeon you use. Do not get mystified by the glitter and big promised some offere but cannot deliver. This is more common than you think. 3- Make sure that you have the 500% assuran...

Re: Help/Advice
Definitely, as you are describing your situation, something is not going as expected. Something is wrong.

Re: AMS LGX VS Coloplast Titan from experience.
I can attest that the AMSs have given me the ability to have erections very close to my natural ones... and very close flaccid penis as my natural one. I do not know if I will outlive mine (I am 52 now), but I may evaluate a Titan if the current flaws it has have been taken care of at that time. In ...

Re: Help for hematoma after surgery
Woody, I do not think this is normal, as you are describing it. My best advice is to seek medical evaluation and treatment as soon as possible. You decide how to get it; I personally will seek advice from your surgeon. One thing is bruises and another hematoma. For my first implant I had a lot of br...

Re: Dr Kramer's relief
You are painting an interesting perspective here. All this bothers me, a lot, at many levels. However, as a patient I lean more towards the idea that this should be left to be resolved between this mysterious person and the surgeon; actually, it is the law, with dire consequences if violated. How wa...

Re: Gollam decided suicide
If there would be a simple way to make every urological surgeon to read this, just to understand how much (either way) they do affect every patient they come in contact with. At one point, all of us have had severe down moments since ED started to impact us. We put all our hopes and faith on them. I...

Re: Dr. Andrew Kramer Appreciation
William, I do agree with most of your points, except regarding to the follow up. Until a patient is not fully healed and initiate the cycling process, any surgeon, not just him, is still in charge and responsible for the final results. This does not apply only to penile implants, but to any procedur...

Re: Bent Implant
Awesome and you are correct. I found it easier to straighten my LGX if I straightened it as I inflated. What worked best was to bend it in excess in the direction it needed to go while I pumped it but that was difficult unless I could trap the pump against my thigh and not shoot it somewhere one ha...
