Can you have a venous leak and still have sex without pills? I have a venous leak (diagnosed) and I feel like i'd still be able to, but since I havent found anyone who said they can I have been severely depressed.

I have a mild venous leak but I can still have sex. Should I be happy? Basically, I was jut thinking, I havent found one person with venous leak who is able to still be happy as if they didn't have one. Any of you out there that I can use for inspiration?
