I agree that age has an effect as you state, but what I cannot understand is the start contrast between immediately before my implant 7 weeks ago, and now

Before I had the implant, despite the erection difficulties, when I had an orgasm, my semen was quite thick and white, and ejaculated with some degree of force.

Post implant, my semen is more yellow and watery, and dribbles rather than shoots out.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes, if you gently squeeze the shaft of your penis with one hand while you push the deflate button with the other, I find it helps with the deflation

I have been cycling my Coloplast Titan Touch now for 3 weeks, and even when I deflate it, it is still quite full, quite large, and just a little below semi erect.

I thought this was typical for the Titan, but will be interested in what others say

That seems to be quite high. I have a Coloplast Titan Touch, so it may be different if you have another model.

I can feel some tubing on the left hand side of the base of the shaft , presumably from the pump to the reservoir, but thats it
