Any reason why you opted for an inflatable? Malleable sounds like a reliable option requiring very few revision surgeries with less mechanical failure points down the line.

Did you go with Dr. Hakky in Atlanta for your Malleable surgery? Would love to hear your updates as I'm considering the same.

I'm not sure of my size before all of this, I really didn't look into that much back then, all I can say to the prior size is that there isn't all that much difference between the IPP and the MPP, but with all the size concern I figured I would post what I do know. I don't think I lost much length ...
