When you deflate your implant, press and hold the deflate button down while squeezing the implant with the other hand. It helps to bend it also to get all the saline back into the resovor. When your pump gets too hard to squeeze anymore, do the Perito exercises and you should be able to add another 1 or 2 pumps. Keep doing that until you can feel it stretch and you should get to a point where it gets a bit painful.

Maximum pumps and fully inflated are not the same. Initially I can get in 10-15 pumps. I do the Perito exercises and I can add more pumps. I continue doing the exercises and pumping for about 45 minutes before I consider it fully maxed out. That's when it gets painful.

Cialis can and dies cause some permanent physical damage. I took Cialis and lost vision in my left eye. I can still see, however it is very blurry. If it had happened to both eyes, I wouldn't be able to drive. Be careful with that stuff.

When did you get your impla? It was recommended that I kept mine pointed up until I started cycling which I did. It hurt for about a week then all was well. Now when erect, it is at about 2:30. I can make recommendations if you are at that point in time.
