Much of the implant goes into your body only a small portion goes into the penis in the end. Each person's body and penis is different .. I tried it and this didn't do absolutely anything. Total placebo. If you look online I haven't found anyone who has actual physical Ed who says it works. Only people with "psycogenyc Ed" say it works, likely because of the placebo effect.
