It is a bit tender where it is putting pressure on the penile shaft. Have to be careful how I sit as to not put even more pressure on it. Yes from what I was told even never opened it changes and there is a serious risk of infection if you use it. Last thing you need a a floppy dick with a nice hard to get rid of infection.
