Have you tried changing your inflation, if your 100% maxed maybe try 80-90%. You could also try morning sex, could be your just tired at bed time.

Clavell said weight lifting was fine, if i remember right… after 8 weeks, he said start light and listen to your body, if an exercise hurts wait etc… i was fine to lift after 6 weeks, no pain or issues. I dont lift heavy things all day but at 5 months you should be fine
