I don't recall any difference when taking a warm shower prior to injecting, but then again, I was never observing if it helped or not. I'll have to try and keep track.

Yes, the first Uro sent the script there so I had already used them. You could probably lookup a compounding pharmacy in your area and ask if they compound bi or trimix.
