In the past month or two I have a couple of chubby's and two nights ago I had what I believe was a partial erection.

I'm trying to determine if I should wait longer or should I go for the implant.

Thanks, I'm well beyond that point I was on med. before my RP. since I have been on a VED with a ring and now Trimix. I was just wondering from someone who gone through this if there signs of recovery and if the recovery was slow or all of sudden?

I'm 17 months out from radical prostatectomy surgery and 70 years old.

My question: what are the signs of erections returning after RP if any?

Just a clarification to my post. I'm using a very low dosage of Trimix for sex only "NOT" penis enlargement and I only pump for about 30 to 45 seconds. My urologist said as long as it doesn't hurt.... He stressed don't do anything that hurt.

Trimix doesn't get me fully erect. My doctor recommended using a penis pump and add a constriction ring. It does work, but it does also intensifies the penis aches from using Trimix. My last injection was 45 units of Quadmix the ache was intense for about three hours and erection was not stiff enough for intercourse.

I have tried silicon bands without much success.

I have been injecting since March 21 2022. About once to twice a week alternating sides. My problem started with Quadmix which I started at the end of May.
