Hi Sean, I believe this is expected/normal when it comes to trimix injections since the vasodilators primarily only act on the cavernous arteries (not the dorsal or bulbourethral arteries that provide circulation to the glans/bulb) Right....is this true for all the vasodilators (Bimix, Quadmix, Etc...

So I had my first ever injection of Trimix #5 (30/10/1mg) a while back. Noticed that while the shaft got hard, the head did not engorge as it normally does at all..... To the OP, it could have been a LOT worse. I had my first injection April 16 of this year for a Doppler Ultrasound to check my flow rates. I was also given a low dose of .1cc (.1 ml) of Trimix #5 (10/30/1mg). Didn't get fully hard for the 25 minutes or so of U/S.....but when I got in the car to driv...

Forgot to mention I've tried (and have a boatload of) prescription ED drugs (generics mostly of Viagra and Cialis)....they seem to have grown less effective over time and only worked sporadically before. Talked to the 2nd urologist about injections of Trimix....and that's still on the table. Haven't...
