SSRIs and ED?
Recently started low-dose zoloft again 12.5mg for premature ejaculation. It works, but definitely worsens ED... I think. Has anyone else experienced ED on zoloft or SSRIs? Better to find another solution for PE?

cialis and viagra?
I used 10mg cialis yesterday with good effect, much better than tadacip generic. The result was still less potent than sildenafil 50-100mg. Would 20mg cialis work better? Should I rather consider something like 5mg cialis daily, and add 25-50mg sildenafil as needed? Also tapering off of zoloft at th...

Re: considering implant - 35m PSSD and ED (South Africa)
I think I am going to go with tadalafil daily then, and sildenafil on top of that as needed. Would 2.5mg vs. 5mg tadalafil provide similar results as a daily option?

Re: low-dose quetiapine/seroquel for ED?
I was on 300mg daily for depression, titrated down and stopped taking it but ED worsened after stopping, I think its effects on alpha receptors and serotonin etc are very similar to trazodone, but trazodone seems to help ED even at higher doses, the opposite with quetiapine... going back on 75mg que...

Re: considering implant - 35m PSSD and ED (South Africa)
I like that idea, the tadalafil as needed works great but is unpredictable in terms of its onset, it sometimes takes 4 hours for me to feel the full effect... I think I am going to start then rather with 2.5mg daily and use sildenafil as needed? The times I have used sildenafil, it seems to have a s...

Re: Has anyone ever tried Promescent?
The stud 100 spray does wonders for me, haven't tried Promescent, but similar I assume... stud 100 seems cheaper. Works very well, little goes a long way.

trazodone - anxiety, ED, PE treatment?
Interested in whether anyone has used trazodone as a treatment for anxiety/depression, and noted improvements in ED and PE? I know it is associated with improvement in erectile quality. But not sure about PE. Considering switching from zoloft.
