Just in need of some positivity on this journey...
Just feeling a bit despondent, but at the time time somewhat hopeful, and excited. 35 white male, vers/top, with Post-SSRI sexual dysfunction. I have bipolar disorder, and need to be on treatment. All the bipolar treatments basically have sexual side-effects, which sucks. Currently tailoring up on l...

Re: do injections keep you hard after you cum?
It seems responses are very mixed. I am not sure to what extent pelvic floor dysfunction or VL might contribute to my issues, but as someone with bipolar disorder, I will unfortunately need to cope with the medication side-effects of the antipsychotics and mood stabilisers forever. Dapoxetine seems ...

how trustworthy is kamagra?
I have used kamagra 50-100mg in the past, which is supposed to contain just sildenafil. How much can this be trusted though? Would generic sildenafil from a more reputable company be better? is viagra (brand name) at all better than generic sildenafil?

do injections keep you hard after you cum?
The oral meds (50-100mg sildenafil, 5mg daily cialis) still work, but I don't stay hard long after I cum, and tend to cum quick. Was wondering whether with injections, you stay hard after you cum. E.g. if you cum within 10-15 minutes, will the injection keep you hard after that? How does this effect...

questions about vardenafil (first-hand experiences only)
I have tried sildenafil (50-100mg) and tadalafil (currently on 5mg daily). Sildenafil seems more potent, and am considering going down to 2.5mg tadalafil daily and adding sildenafil on top of that. However, I also want to try vardenafil next. I was wondering from those who have experienced it (first...

Re: SSRI medications and ED
Same here... 5mg daily cialis is working well, with 5-10mg extra on Fridays. From there, next steps will be to do 5mg daily cialis, with on-demand 50-100mg sildenafil or 10-20mg vardenafil. From there I suppose injections, and ultimately implant.

injections in younger guys with mild/moderate ED - next step if PDE5i fail?
having success on 5mg tadalafil daily, thinking of supplementing with sildenafil 25-50mg as needed, or in time trying levitra. My problem is mainly related to prior SSRI (PSSD). I heard levitra is a good option for both ED and PE, so that might be an option if sildenafil/tadalafil fail. I am very co...

SSRI medications and ED
Has anyone else experienced ED due to SSRI medications. I recently restarted zoloft (sertraline) first at 12.5mg then 25mg, experiencing worse erections and lack of morning wood. Any other guys who can relate their experiences on SSRIs?
