Hated the side effects of pills and injections were offered at the same time as implant. Wish the implant was first option but I never did injections.

I would be more worried about having a surgeon let me decide. Seriously consider what you surgeon advises and then ask WHY? I've got an LGX that is alwys half full and looks great. Why can't you get the LGX?

Yes, I still had decent erections but wasn't sustainable. Never did injections....had no desire to go that route. Best decision I could have made. Sorry I'm biased for the implant.. I completely skipped injections (tried it once in the Dr. office) and have zero regrets. If you're a mental person then I would go with a solution that requires less thought, causes less anxiety, and is much simpler in it's function than injecting a chemical.
