At 46 I felt just like you, I was too young for a implant. I wished I had done it sooner. My op date is Mar 23 and SO looking forward to it... Do it now while you still have young long junk- it does't get better, it gets worse. The folks on these pages have changed my thinking, Go Man go- do it soon...

So you guys that have lived with pumps, how does it work when you sack hangs down-say in the morning? does the pump hang down as well? Over all does the pump move with the nuts due to daily activities and temperature ?
