I have heard that you can have grafting procedure together with a Titan implant, you would keep the titan inflated till you heal. Why do they use a malleable and then exchange it? Do you have any idea? I would like to know what the difference is Thanks

I really get your points guys. My fear is to be 50yo and having my Dr to say, "I'm sorry I cannot put you another implant, your penis is fucked because of all the implants you've had". I don't even actually know if this can even happen but having in mind that I need a reconstruction surger...

I am on the way of getting an implant and this is something that it really keeps my head on thoughts. I have not heard of any person that is 70-80 years old saying: "I got an implant when I was 25yo and I have had 4 revisions since then, nothing to worry, I still have sex" I think that it ...
